Is Soccer Fair? Part 2

Quick additional post of the weekends activities. After Zach's victorious soccer match, rather than return home, I decided to brave the wilds of Pullayap traffic and head to the Great Western Washington Fair. Zach wanted to go to the fair for two purposes, he wanted to see a cow riding a tricycle and to ride the Ferris Wheel.

Zach got on the Ferris Wheel with no fear, and rode to the top. The picture shows some apprehension on his face; but other than this he really enjoyed the ride. He later expressed his desire to do this and some of the other rides again. Do I see Disney Land in his future?

Knife to Gun Fight:

We had a lot of fun at the Fair. Other than riding the Ferris Wheel, we saw goats, baby goats, horses, cows, sheep, big pumpkins, tall corn, high diving pirates, and all the fried food you could shake a stick at.

Tyler had a grand time pointing out all the animals and people. Any time his feet his the pavement, he was off to the races, weaving in and out of pedestrians like a Olympic Skier.

At his height and the level of distraction at a Fair, I was less than thrilled by his athletic exploits and more concerned he would get stepped on by a fair goer carrying a giant panda. Thus the trip to the fair this year was short and sweet.
